SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–5 business days
  • South India: 3–6 business days
  • Other Indian States: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary.

3. Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared through email or mobile after dispatch.

5. Delivery Issues

Customers must ensure accurate shipping information.

Engineering Drafter is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer unavailability

Additional re-delivery charges may apply.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

1. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received damaged
  • Manufacturing defect present

2. Return Request Time Limit

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos
  • Unboxing video (if available)

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Physically damaged items due to customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Minor scratches or packaging damage caused during shipping

4. Refund Policy

After verification and approval:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Engineering Drafter.

5. Replacement Policy

If replacement stock is available, a replacement product will be shipped instead of issuing a refund. The replaced product will be delivered within 7 business days

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
